We are the premium partner for the HoReCa channel. **Job Description** **MISSION** Reporting directly to the Front-of-Store Manager, this professional will proactively contribute to increasing section sales in line with the company’s strategy while simultaneously meeting customers’ requirements and expectations, ensuring their satisfaction. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES** * Supervise the team through monitoring, development, and motivation of each member, ensuring everyone understands and achieves their goals while maintaining team cohesion and commitment, based on business principles; * Coordinate commercial/promotional activities jointly with management to boost sales; * Promote cross-selling through direct collaboration with other sections; * Support management and coordinate the team in managing section key performance indicators: Sales, Margin, Stock, Shrinkage, among others; * Support management in team management and development within the section; * Responsible for smooth operations at checkout lines and front-of-store section; * In the absence of management, assume responsibility for the section. **Qualifications** * Minimum education level: 12th grade; * Experience in similar roles (retail experience preferred, either food or non-food); * Experience in checkout supervision; * User-level computer skills; * Availability for rotating shifts from Monday to Sunday; **SOFT SKILLS:** * Organizational ability, creativity, and attention to detail; * Ability to interact with diverse stakeholders; * Decision-making and priority management skills; * Strong customer orientation; * Good communication skills. **Additional Information** **WITH MAKRO YOU WILL GET:** Integration into a solid international corporate group and a dynamic, proactive work environment; Initial and continuous training plan with constant learning opportunities; Employee discounts at Makro stores, as well as additional discounts across our partner network;
