A young, stimulating, and collaborative work environment Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. This role's primary responsibility is to lead daily operational activities, ensuring the efficiency of receiving, order picking, and dispatch processes, as well as contributing to the achievement of operational goals. FUNCTION Coordinate and oversee daily activities of the operations team; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Oversee goods receipt, verification, storage, and shipment; Supervise compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational incidents; Foster a collaborative, inspiring, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for the smooth functioning of operations. REQUIREMENTS High school diploma (minimum requirement); User-level computer skills; Basic knowledge of English; Prior experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or related roles (preferred); Experience coordinating or leading teams (mandatory); Strong sense of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously; Efficiency in execution and high work capacity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Dynamism, initiative, and strong leadership spirit.
