Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in processes Zumub is looking for a Warehouse Supervisor to join its Operations and Logistics team. This role’s primary responsibility is to coordinate daily operational activities, ensuring efficiency in receiving, order picking, and dispatching processes, as well as supporting the team in achieving operational objectives. FUNCTION Coordinate and supervise daily operational team activities; Ensure proper issuance and management of transport documents; Guarantee efficient receipt, verification, organization, and dispatch of orders; Monitor compliance with internal procedures, quality standards, and established deadlines; Support priority management and resolution of operational incidents; Promote a collaborative, motivating, and results-oriented work environment; Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in operational processes; Perform other tasks necessary for smooth operational performance. REQUIREMENTS Completion of secondary education (12th grade minimum, mandatory); Good user-level computer skills; Basic English language knowledge; Previous experience in operational, logistics, warehouse, or similar roles (preferred); Experience in coordinating or leading teams (elimination criterion); Strong sense of responsibility, organizational skills, and attention to detail; Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities; High execution capability and productivity; Good communication and interpersonal skills; Proactivity, initiative, and strong leadership spirit.
