This role is critical in leading complex aviation projects, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and delivering operational excellence in a highly safety\-focused environment. Responsibilities and Tasks including but are not limited to the following: * Lead and coordinate technical projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget, and to quality standards. * Plan and monitor project schedules, resources, and costs. * Manage cross‑functional teams and maintain clear stakeholder communication. * Track progress, address deviations, and mitigate risks. * Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory, and operational requirements. * Integrate customer needs and maintain satisfaction. * Prepare reports and presentations for management. * Support continuous improvement and maintain proper documentation and change control. * Collaborate with engineering, production, quality, and supply chain teams. * Facilitate reviews and promote project‑management best practices.
