If you are looking for a new challenge and want to be part of a growing group, this opportunity may be for you. **Work Location:** Vilar do Pinheiro **Working Hours:** 11:00 PM to 8:00 AM **Your Responsibilities:** * **Planning and Management:** Organize and monitor road transport routes (national and/or international), ensuring maximum fleet efficiency. * **Cargo Monitoring:** Monitor pick-ups and deliveries in real time, anticipating and resolving incidents. * **Direct Contact:** Communicate daily with drivers and transport partners to ensure adherence to schedules and SLAs. * **Optimization:** Maximize transport flow efficiency by minimizing empty kilometers and maximizing vehicle utilization (FTL/LTL). * **Documentation Management:** Ensure all transport documentation (CMR, waybills, etc.) is accurate and compliant with legislation. **What We Are Looking For:** * **Experience:** Proven experience in road traffic management (minimum 2 years). * **Agility:** Ability to make quick decisions under pressure and solve problems creatively. * **Communication:** Strong verbal expression and negotiation skills.
