The core mission: \- Deliver warm, professional, and versatile service—anticipating guests' needs from reservation through departure—and contribute to their satisfaction with an empathetic, clear, and attentive attitude; \- Conduct therapies with technical competence and empathy; \- Maintain, clean, and organize your workspace; \- Process invoices, manage payments, and perform cash reconciliation accurately; \- Promote spa services and products, as well as those of the hotel. We look forward to learning about: \- Your experience or training in the spa field (a differentiating factor).
