We are recruiting an End-User Support Technician with the following profile: \- Minimum education: 12th grade; \- Knowledge of the Windows 11 operating system; \- Basic knowledge of operating systems, hardware, and networks—including component identification, peripherals, drivers, patches, and updates; \- Monitoring and incident resolution via ServiceNow, BMC-SIM; \- Configuration and maintenance of IT equipment and network infrastructure; \- Installation of online agents on Windows systems; \- Management of Windows backups; \- Helpdesk support; \- Proactivity; \- Organizational ability; \- Sense of responsibility; \- Opportunity to work with a highly reputable client in Portugal.
