By integrating competencies across its diverse companies, it operates complementarily, and this induced diversification opens new business entry points for its *core* activity. **Job Description** * Develop and implement the innovation strategy aligned with the company's objectives; * Contribute to and ensure effective implementation of the innovation management system; * Continuously foster an innovative, creative, inquisitive, and research-oriented mindset; * Manage and implement innovation projects, including those requiring geographical relocation; * Proactively propose improvements to the company’s current operations, processes, practices, customs, and organization; * Proactively propose new business areas, disruptive ideas, and novel ways of working; * Possess critical thinking and initiative, and be proactive in resolving all encountered problems. **Profile:** * Higher education degree in Management / Industrial Engineering and Management or Mechanical Engineering or Electrical Engineering; * Professional experience in continuous improvement or innovation areas; * Knowledge of Project Management; * Analytical ability and strategic vision; * Dynamism and curiosity about change. **Competencies:** * Leadership ability; * Analytical ability and multidisciplinary vision; * Proactive, dynamic, creative profile with strong verbal and written communication skills; * Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and team spirit; * Spoken and written English. **Conditions:** * Remuneration commensurate with demonstrated experience; * Continuous training; * Health insurance and other social benefits.
