Job Description We are seeking a Commercial Technician to join our team, focusing on the sale and technical consultation of Workwear and Personal Protective Equipment (PPE). This professional will be responsible for managing business opportunities, providing technical support to customers, and overseeing the entire commercial process—from quotation to after-sales. \- Technical support and personalized product consulting \- Preparation and negotiation of quotations \- Proactive management of business opportunities \- Management of customer and contact databases \- Placing customer orders in ERP system \- Handling order-related incidents Profile \- Personal interest in commercial/sales activities and customer service/support \- Negotiation and persuasion skills \- Sales experience (preferably in workwear, PPE, or similar products) \- Residence within a maximum radius of 15 km from the company \- Ability to work effectively in a team and strong interpersonal communication skills \- High degree of organization and autonomy \- English fluency (Spanish proficiency is considered an advantage) \- Preferably experienced in using ERP systems, especially PHC Competencies \- Time management \- Teamwork \- Persuasion Type of position: Full-time
