This role involves designing and implementing robust technical solutions, ensuring code quality, platform stability, and efficient integration with external systems.** * Develop and implement Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and low-code automation tools such as Flows. * Manage and optimize the Salesforce release lifecycle across multiple environments using Copado CI/CD, including pipeline configuration and deployment management. * Serve as the technical reference for global Salesforce initiatives, ensuring adherence to development best practices and standards. * Design and develop integrations with external systems via REST/SOAP APIs. * Ensure code quality and platform stability by respecting Salesforce Governor Limits, conducting appropriate testing, and meeting code coverage standards. * Manage repositories in Azure DevOps, ensuring version control and proper documentation of development activities. * Support UAT activities, release preparation, and post-deployment troubleshooting. * Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, including process automation, DevOps optimization, and system monitoring. * Support decisions related to Salesforce architecture, data management, and platform security. **Requirements:** ----------------- * 5+ years of experience in Salesforce development (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud; Marketing Cloud is a plus). * Proven experience managing Salesforce releases using Copado CI/CD (minimum 2 years). * Experience with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices, including Copado and Azure DevOps. * Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL/SOSL, Batch and Scheduler classes, and API-based integrations. * Solid understanding of the Salesforce Data Model, standard objects, and Flow-based automation. * Knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, HTML5, and CSS for Salesforce application development. * Experience with Salesforce Digital Experience (Communities / Experience Cloud); Omnistudio is a plus. * Experience in data migration (ETL tools such as Talend are a plus) and data visualization (Power BI or similar). * Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. * Excellent communication and collaboration skills with international teams. * **Fluency in English at C1/C2 level; knowledge of German is a plus.** * **Permanent residency in Portugal and valid legal documentation to work in the country.** **Certifications (preferred)** * Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I (mandatory) * Salesforce Certified Administrator (ADM201) (mandatory) * Copado Fundamentals or Copado Developer Certification * Other Salesforce certifications (PDII, App Builder, or Architect Track) **Work Location:** Lisbon **Work Model:** Hybrid (2 days/week) – Flexible
