Job Summary: Responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of industrial equipment at the refinery, in compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards. Key Highlights: 1. Reporting to the *Maintenance Supervisor*, your primary responsibilities include the installation, maintenance, and repair of various industrial equipment at the refinery. **Responsibilities:*** Install and maintain refinery industrial equipment such as pumps, valves, conveyors, centrifuges, and others; * Operate welding equipment, cutting tools, heating torches, drilling motors, and others; * Perform maintenance, preservation, and necessary repairs of equipment within your area of responsibility. * Operate equipment in accordance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards, including Food Defense; * Comply with all standards, policies, and requirements related to Quality, Food Safety, and Food Defense; * Participate in Continuous Improvement activities; * Ensure production of products meeting Quality, Food Safety, and Authenticity requirements; * Promote the Culture of Quality, Food Safety, Occupational Safety, Environment, and Sustainability, ensuring compliance with product and process requirements. **Competencies and Knowledge:*** Responsible and dedicated; * Punctual and available to work rotating shifts; * Proactive and dynamic; * Ability to quickly diagnose problems within your operational area; * Knowledge of occupational health and safety, quality, and continuous improvement (preferred); * English language proficiency (preferred). **Academic and Professional Qualifications:*** Secondary education (12th grade), preferably technical-vocational training (mechatronics, industrial maintenance, mechanics, etc.) (preferred); * Minimum 3 years of industrial experience; * Forklift operator certification (preferred) For more than 100 years, our employees have taken pride in “Making Life a Little Sweeter” by providing our customers and consumers with quality service and sugar products.
