We seek a candidate with experience, leadership qualities, and the willingness to fully own the operation, with a **real opportunity for growth within the group**. Your responsibilities will include: * Leading and organizing the dining room and bar teams; * Ensuring excellent service and customer experience; * Managing schedules, reservations, cash registers, stock, and inventories; * Monitoring sales, costs, and operational targets; * Ensuring organization, cleanliness, and compliance with HACCP standards; * Resolving day-to-day problems autonomously. We are looking for: * Minimum of **3 years of experience in the food service industry**; * Experience leading teams; * A responsible, organized, and proactive profile; * Ability to work under pressure; * **Proficiency in Portuguese and English is mandatory**; * Availability for rotating shifts and weekends.
