Job Summary: We are seeking a Project Director (M/F) to manage refrigeration construction projects, ensuring quality, deadlines, costs, and safety, as well as leading teams. Key Highlights: 1. Technical, operational, and financial management of construction projects We are strengthening our Refrigeration team and looking for a Project Director (M/F) to assume technical, operational, and financial management and supervision of construction projects, ensuring achievement of defined objectives regarding quality, deadlines, costs, and safety. Main Responsibilities * Technically analyze construction projects by reviewing specifications, awarded proposals, and supporting designs, ensuring adequate and timely project preparation; * Plan, coordinate, and supervise on-site teams, including internal teams and subcontractors, ensuring proper resource allocation and adherence to deadlines and technical requirements; * Ensure project management and supervision with the Client, responding to their requests, presenting appropriate technical solutions, and negotiating any additional work; * Coordinate with the Procurement department to ensure timely availability of items required for procurement and subcontracting processes, and guarantee alignment between delivery schedules and project planning; * Monitor project progress in terms of costs and revenues, ensuring budget compliance and identifying opportunities for optimization and improved profitability; * Identify and resolve issues arising during project execution, defining and implementing action plans and intervening whenever necessary to ensure project effectiveness and profitability; * Coordinate the completion and handover process of installations to the Client, ensuring compliance with contractual specifications, provision of required documentation, and supervision of project acceptance procedures; * Ensure compliance with Quality, Environment, and Safety standards and procedures, promoting a preventive culture and adherence to applicable requirements; * Manage human resources assigned to projects under responsibility, promoting team supervision, motivation, and development, and ensuring application of the Organization's Human Resources policies. Requirements * Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field; * Professional experience in managing refrigeration construction projects will be valued; * Experience in team management and coordination; * Leadership, organizational, and communication skills; * Results-oriented mindset and problem-solving ability; * Proactivity, autonomy, and teamwork spirit; * Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills with Clients and Subcontractors; * Willingness to travel; * Valid driver’s license.
