Collaboration with the development team **About the Team** As an **IT Support Technician** for the **Faial Island (Azores)**, you will join our Customer Support \& IT Equipment team, where we ensure business continuity and protect pharmacy digital assets through our comprehensive IT support services—delivering fast maintenance and issue resolution while keeping pharmacies up-to-date and secure. **About the Role** * Provide first- and second-line technical support to users (via phone and remotely); * Diagnose and resolve issues related to pharmaceutical software (appointments, clinical records, billing, electronic prescriptions, etc.); * Log and track incidents in the ticketing system; * Identify recurring issues and collaborate with the development team to resolve them; * Ensure adherence to defined SLAs; * Support user training on software functionality. **What Skills Are We Looking For?** * Education in Information Technologies, Networks, or Systems; * Interest in technology and healthcare domains; * Analytical mindset; * Strong communication, argumentation, and negotiation skills; * Ability to organize and prioritize tasks; * Ability to work collaboratively in a team. **We Also Value:** * Windows platforms (Server and workstation) * Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP) and hardware * Database skills **Who Are We?** We are Glintt Global, a leading consultancy and technology services company in the Iberian Peninsula, with over 30 years of experience.
