Position: Restaurant Manager Location: Lisbon We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our operations and deliver exceptional experiences to our customers. This role is ideal for someone comfortable in a fast-paced environment who takes full responsibility for the team and results. Key Responsibilities: \- Supervise all restaurant operations, ensuring smooth daily functioning \- Manage and lead the team, ensuring coordination between front-of-house and kitchen \- Develop work schedules (rosters) and manage the team efficiently \- Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and customer satisfaction \- Manage customer service, feedback, and complaint resolution \- Plan and execute small events, group bookings, and special occasions \- Monitor inventory, coordinate with suppliers, and manage operational costs \- Drive sales, optimize revenue, and assume responsibility for profitability \- Ensure compliance with local laws and regulations Requirements: \- Minimum 5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management \- Fluency in English and Portuguese (spoken and written) \- Proven experience in full-cycle restaurant operations management \- Strong leadership and team management skills \- Ability to work under pressure and resolve problems quickly \- Strong results orientation and cost control capability \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills We Offer: \- Opportunity to join a growing brand \- Dynamic work environment with potential for career progression \- Competitive salary commensurate with experience If you are passionate about the foodservice industry and enjoy leading end-to-end operations, submit your application and join us.
