We are seeking an Operational Recruiter to join our growing team in Lisbon.
Responsibilities:
Identify and contact potential drivers (leads and database candidates);
Conduct telephone and in-person interviews;
Support candidates from initial contact through onboarding;
Ensure collection and validation of documentation;
Other duties inherent to the role.
Requirements:
Recruitment experience (preferably for operational/high-volume profiles);
Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with people;
Familiarity with digital tools;
English language proficiency;
Valid driver's license (mandatory requirement).
