We serve businesses (fruit in offices), consumers at home, and restaurants. We are a small, operational, and excellence-oriented team—and we are growing. **The Role** We are looking for an **Operations Manager** with practical experience in operations, logistics, or supply chain—capable of coordinating people, processes, and priorities in a demanding and constantly evolving environment. This is primarily an operational role. Although interaction with suppliers and procurement processes exists, we seek someone passionate about operations management and procurement. The ideal candidate feels comfortable on the ground, enjoys working with teams, uses data to make decisions, and proactively identifies and implements improvements. We also seek someone genuinely enthusiastic about the impact of artificial intelligence on work.
