Our core areas: ➡ Quantitative Finance ➡ Risk \& Compliance ➡ Operations \& Finance ➡ Transformation \& Organization ➡ Information Systems **We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst – Summit OTC** We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst with strong experience in Front Office and Middle Office environments to join an international Capital Markets team. The role will focus on gathering business requirements, supporting trading platforms and contributing to the delivery of strategic projects related to OTC products, valuation, booking, reporting and risk management. Knowledge of Summit is highly valued, as it plays a central role within the team's ecosystem. **MAIN TASKS:** * Gather, understand, analyze and translate Front Office business requirements into detailed functional specifications. * Collaborate with development teams in the translation of functional requirements into technical solutions. * Design and execute functional test cases, ensuring proper validation of impacts on P\&L, valuation and risk calculations. * Support the creation and maintenance of automated non\-regression testing frameworks. * Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT), integration testing and qualification testing activities. * Participate in effort estimation exercises for project developments and testing activities. * Coordinate production deployment activities and ensure successful implementation of new functionalities. * Provide 3rd level support, including incident analysis, troubleshooting and coordination with technical teams. * Maintain high\-quality project documentation using tools such as JIRA and Confluence. * Work closely with international stakeholders, particularly teams based in Paris, within a highly collaborative environment. **YOUR PROFILE AND SKILLS:** * 6\+ years of experience as a Business Analyst within Capital Markets, Investment Banking or Financial Services environments. * Strong knowledge of Front Office and Middle Office workflows. * Solid understanding of financial products, including Interest Rate Derivatives, Credit Derivatives, Bonds, Repos, Money Markets, FX and Options. * Experience working on booking, valuation, reporting and regulatory\-related projects. * Strong SQL knowledge. * Experience with Summit Front Office is highly valued. * Experience with other trading platforms such as Murex, Sophis, Calypso or Orchestrade will also be considered. * Excellent communication, stakeholder management and cross\-functional coordination skills. * Autonomous, proactive and solution\-oriented mindset. * Fluent English (C1 mandatory). * French (B2\) is a plus. * Hybrid role based in Lisbon, with occasional travel to Porto and Paris. **WHAT WE OFFER** * Gross annual salary between **31\.000€ and 45\.000€**, depending on experience and seniority. * Permanent contract (CTI). * Meal allowance. * Health Insurance. * Extra holiday: Christmas Eve or New Year's Eve. * Access to Quanteam Academy for continuous learning and certifications. * Elevate Program to support professional development and career growth. * Career progression plan. * Ongoing follow\-up and technical support provided by a Consultant Expert.
