You will join an international technical team providing first\-line support to business users, troubleshooting network and infrastructure issues, and ensuring high service quality across multiple technologies. If you have an entry\-level technical background, strong communication skills, and enjoy solving problems, this is an excellent opportunity to build your career in a global environment. **Your Role** * Provide first\-line technical support to business customers via phone, email, and ticketing systems. * Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues. * Log, manage, and prioritize incidents while ensuring agreed service levels are met. * Escalate complex issues to specialized support teams when required. * Perform remote troubleshooting and assist users through screen\-sharing and remote access tools. * Monitor, update, and follow up on support cases until resolution. * Document incidents accurately and maintain customer records within internal systems. * Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions. * Deliver a professional customer experience while maintaining high technical standards. **Your Qualifications** * Native or fluent French and English proficiency at C1 level. * CompTIA\+ certification (or equivalent) or Cisco CCNA certification/training. * Basic understanding of TCP/IP networking, routing, switching, and general IT infrastructure. * Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills. * Excellent communication and customer service abilities. * Ability to multitask and work efficiently in a fast\-paced environment. * Experience with ticketing systems or remote technical support is an advantage. * Strong willingness to learn and develop within the IT field. **What We Offer** * Hybrid working model following the onboarding and training period. * Office located in Alvalade, Lisbon. * Comprehensive onboarding and technical training. * Opportunity to join an international enterprise IT support project. * Meal allowance and private health insurance. * Multicultural and collaborative working environment. * Continuous learning and technical development opportunities. * Career progression within a global technology support organization. * Rotating shift schedule supporting international business operations. * Hands\-on experience with enterprise networking and infrastructure technologies.
