Active collaboration with internal teams and external partners Job Opening: Architect – Project Development for Licensing and Expansion About the Opportunity: We are strengthening our team with an Architect responsible for developing and executing licensing projects at municipal councils, as well as supporting company expansion. We seek a dynamic professional with an entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to manage all phases of the project process—from preliminary study through to obtaining the housing license. Main Responsibilities: Developing preliminary studies and presenting architectural solutions; Participating in client meetings to ensure alignment of expectations and requirements; Preparing and submitting technical architecture and specialty projects for municipal council licensing; Coordinating and overseeing the various project phases: Phase 01: Preliminary Study Phase 02: Architecture and Specialty Licensing Phase 03: Execution Project Phase 04: Housing License \+ Final Drawings Actively collaborating with internal teams and external partners to ensure timely delivery and quality; Contributing to the company’s expansion and innovation strategy. Work Mode: On-site Compensation: Competitive salary commensurate with experience, plus project-based bonuses.
