Job Description: * Perform and assist in assembly, finishing, and/or sanding tasks for furniture components; * Ensure component quality according to company standards; * Strictly comply with occupational health and safety regulations; * Learn and apply production processes under supervision; * Contribute to the smooth operation of the production line; * Maintain organization and cleanliness of the workplace; Technical Profile: * Compulsory basic education (preferably); * Ability to learn and attention to detail; * Motivation to work towards objectives; * Ability to follow instructions and guidance; * Capacity to work in a team; * Punctuality and attendance. * Driver's license (preferably).
