Job Summary: We are looking for an IT Infrastructure Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical infrastructure, ensuring security and modernization. Integration into a young and dynamic company **Responsibilities:** We are seeking an IT Infrastructure Technician to support the operation, maintenance, and monitoring of critical infrastructure, including physical servers, virtualization environments, storage systems, backups, and firewalls. **The role involves:** * Installation, configuration, and updating of software and hardware; * Support for cybersecurity and implementation of best practices in information security; * Preparation of technical documentation and activity reports; * Participation in administrative modernization and digital transformation projects; * Collaboration in the management of information systems and databases; **Main Responsibilities:** * Hardware and Servers: Installation, configuration, and preventive maintenance of physical servers (HP, Dell, etc.) and storage. * Networking: Configuration and management of switches (VLANs, LACP, Spanning Tree) and TCP/IP network management. * Virtualization: Administration of HYPERV and VMware vSphere (ESXi and vCenter) environments, including creation, migration, and backup of virtual machines. * Security (Firewalls): Configuration and monitoring of firewalls (access rules, NAT, Client-to-Site and Site-to-Site VPNs). * Operating Systems: Administration of Windows Server (Active Directory, DNS, DHCP) and/or Linux. * Troubleshooting: Strong troubleshooting ability and logical reasoning. **We are looking for someone who has:** * Experience administering virtualization environments * Advanced networking knowledge (configuration of managed switches and routing) * Experience configuring firewalls (e.g., Fortinet, Sophos, Check Point, or Cisco ASA) * Proficiency in Office 365 (SharePoint, Teams, Exchange, OneDrive) * Knowledge of backup solutions (e.g., StorageCraft, Veeam, Nakivo) * Education in IT, Networking, or Engineering (preferred) **What we offer:** * An innovative work environment with an amazing team! * Challenging projects with a diverse client portfolio. * Competitive salary and benefits aligned with your experience and performance. * Integration into a young and dynamic company.
