




Job Summary: Coordinate and communicate office tasks, perform data entry, generate reports, provide customer service, and process orders. Key Responsibilities: 1. Provide administrative assistance to the mechanical workshop team. 2. Customer support, including email management and responding to customers. 3. Maintain filing systems and process orders. This includes coordinating and communicating office tasks, data entry, reporting, dispatching and receiving, invoicing, customer service, and purchasing. Maintain filing systems. Other job-related duties as assigned. Order processing: Enter customer order data. Prepare orders for the store. Review and resolve data issues. Provide reports as required.
