Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced professional to supervise Food & Beverage operations, ensure compliance with standards, manage the team, and guarantee guest satisfaction at a hotel property. Opportunity for career progression **We are an expanding group in the hotel and tourism sector, seeking an experienced professional to join our team at our Elvas property.** **Responsibilities:** \- Daily supervision of Food \& Beverage operations, reporting to the Property Director; \- Ensure team members comply with rules and procedures, and maintain service and hospitality standards as defined; \- Develop staff schedules and assign duties according to team members' specific roles and categories; \- Monitor daily operations; \- Coordinate and ensure effective communication with other departments; \- Respond effectively to all existing complaints within the F\&B area; \- Motivate the team by providing regular training to ensure appropriate and professional guest service; \- Ensure special guests—including those with dietary restrictions, seniors, children, and VIPs—receive personalized services; \- Ensure compliance with HACCP regulations; \- Assist in identifying ordering requirements; \- Manage inventories of food, beverages, and equipment; \- Perform administrative tasks for the department; \- Substitute for the Director during their absence; **Required Profile** \- Technical or higher education in Restaurant and Beverage Management, Hotel Management, or related field; \- Proven professional experience in this role; \- Proficiency in management software, particularly Host (or similar); \- Fluency in English and Spanish (mandatory); additional languages are advantageous; \- Strong results orientation and customer focus; \- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; \- Dynamism, initiative, and ability to anticipate and resolve problems. \- Resident in the Elvas area or nearby (preferably within a maximum distance of 10 km). **Offer:** Initial and ongoing training; Positive work environment; Opportunity for career progression; Excellent opportunity to participate in an attractive project within a solid, nationally established, and expanding company; Competitive salary package, determined according to candidate profile and experience; Type of position: Full-time Work location: On-site
