Manage inventory, internal projects, and fleet logistics Main Responsibilities/Activities: Office and Store Management: Supervise all operational aspects of the office and store (procurement, equipment, maintenance, cleaning, etc.); Serve as the main contact point for suppliers and service providers; Ensure physical spaces reflect the company's image, with attention to cleanliness, organization, and presentation. Support for Sales Points (future expansion): Coordinate the installation and ongoing management of new sales points; Conduct periodic visits to these locations to ensure compliance with operational standards. Internal Operations and Logistics: Manage office and promotional material inventory; Coordinate small internal projects (e.g., minor renovations and repairs); Manage deliveries and shipments across the company, including document flow between units.
