As a Store Section Manager at Lidl, you will support the Store Manager in daily tasks and be part of the store’s management team.
You will be responsible for one section of our store and support other sections, collaborating closely with fellow Store Section Managers. You will also assist in managing the store team.
**Your Responsibilities**

* Support the Store Manager and other Store Section Managers in leading, motivating, and developing the team
* Be responsible for one store section while supporting all other sections
* Be responsible for optimizing and managing all store processes
* Analyze and monitor your section’s key performance indicators to ensure efficient cost management
* Ensure store presentation, product freshness and availability, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
* Be responsible for product availability, planning, and receiving.
**Your Profile**

* Completed secondary education (12th grade).
* Experience or interest in team management
* Must have flexible working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays
* Experience or interest in retail
* Dynamic and versatile
