As a Section Manager at Lidl, you will support the Store Manager in daily tasks and be part of the store’s management team.
You will be responsible for one section of our store and support other sections, collaborating closely with fellow Section Managers. You will also assist in store team management.
**Your Responsibilities**

* Support the Store Manager and other Section Managers in leading, motivating, and developing the team
* Be responsible for one store section while supporting all other sections
* Optimize and manage all store processes
* Analyze and monitor your section’s KPIs to ensure efficient cost management
* Ensure store presentation, freshness and availability of products, maintaining focus on customer satisfaction
* Guarantee product availability, planning, and receipt.

* Completed secondary education (12th grade)
* Experience or interest in team management
* Flexibility in working hours and availability to work weekends and holidays
* Experience or interest in retail
