Planning and supervision of preventive, corrective, and predictive maintenance of municipal buildings, equipment, and infrastructure; . Assessment of the conservation status and operational condition of municipal heritage, identifying intervention needs; . Development of projects related to maintenance and rehabilitation; . Preparation of maintenance plans, technical reports, opinions, and information documents; . Technical supervision of maintenance works carried out by external entities or through direct administration; . Technical supervision of maintenance and technical assistance contracts; . Technical support in preparing procedural documents related to public procurement concerning maintenance; . Performance, safety, and efficiency analysis of technical systems and equipment; . Compliance with and verification of legal, technical, safety, health, and environmental standards; . Coordination with other organic units and external entities; . Use of maintenance management systems and support for continuous service improvement. .
