To strengthen our Civil Construction team, we are recruiting a Construction Director for Vila Real de Santo António. **Main Responsibilities:** * Support construction management regarding production, economic, and scheduling control; * Assist in coordinating preparation, execution, and finalization of construction works; * Knowledge and application of technical specifications related to technical management. **Requirements:** * Higher education degree in Civil Engineering; * Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience; * Registration with the Portuguese Order of Engineers; * Proficiency in written and spoken Portuguese; * Good user-level computer skills, ability to read technical drawings, and familiarity with AUTOCAD and MS Project; * Ability to develop error-and-omission prevention processes; * Strong communication and negotiation skills; * Organizational, planning, and autonomous capabilities; * Dynamic and proactive profile; * Immediate or short-term availability. **We Offer:** * Net salary: €2,000 to €2,650 * Company vehicle * Full-time employment contract * Professional development opportunity * Dynamic and collaborative work environment If you meet the requirements and wish to join our team, please send your updated CV to recrutamento@nevoa.pt Join us and contribute to building excellence projects!
