We are seeking a **joiner with experience in solid wood**, capable of performing work with quality, precision, and autonomy. **Main Responsibilities:** * Manufacturing made-to-measure furniture and carpentry components; * Production of doors, windows, staircases, wardrobes, kitchens, panels, and other wooden elements; * Working with solid wood, MDF, plywood, particleboard, and veneers; * Reading and interpreting technical drawings and measurements; * Cutting, thickness planing, surfacing, assembly, and finishing of components; * Safe operation of carpentry machinery and tools; * Performing gluing, fitting, splicing, and assembly operations; * Verifying dimensions, squareness, and final quality; * Supporting on-site installation of works when required; * Organizing and maintaining the workstation, tools, and equipment. **Desired Profile:** * Proven experience as a joiner; * Solid knowledge of solid wood; * Ability to work autonomously; * Familiarity with main carpentry machinery; * Ability to interpret technical drawings; * Attention to detail and concern for finish quality; * Responsibility, punctuality, and organization; * Ability to work in a team; * Availability for occasional travel and installations; * A valid driver’s license is an advantage. **Offered Conditions:** * Full-time employment; * Daytime schedule, Monday to Friday; * Employment contract; * Estimated net monthly remuneration between **€1.250 and €1.500**, depending on experience, technical skills, and autonomy; * Overtime pay, where applicable; * Integration into a company undergoing reorganization and growth; * Opportunity for professional and salary progression; * Job stability and continuity. **Work Location:** Rio Maior **Application:** Interested candidates should respond to this listing via OLX, submitting: * Full name; * Phone number; * Resume or summary of professional experience; * Place of residence; * Availability to start; * Photographs of completed projects, if available.
