Role The Sommelier Assistant is responsible for advising customers on wine selection according to their chosen dish, as well as serving all beverages in the restaurant. Additionally, the candidate must support the dining room team in other duties during lunch and dinner services. Required Profile * Education in the field of wines; * Technical training in restaurant operations; * Experience and passion for customer service and upselling; * Knowledge of HACCP; * Strong organizational, communication, and resilience skills; * Proficiency in English.
