Young and dynamic work environment The gastronomic concept of Restaurante da Malhadinha is rooted in regional cuisine inspired by traditional Alentejo recipes — an author-driven, contemporary kitchen. For this, we benefit from the long-term consultancy of Michelin-starred chef Joachim Koerper. Our goal is to develop menus that maximize the use of estate-produced organic ingredients: Alentejo cattle, black pork, and white and black Merino sheep raised extensively, as well as our organic orchards and vegetable gardens, wine, honey, and olive oil. Our objective is self-sufficiency — i.e., using exclusively raw materials produced on the estate. Mission The primary responsibility of the Kitchen Assistant is to support food preparation and cooking, ensuring compliance with quality, hygiene, and food safety standards aligned with the Malhadinha gastronomic concept, thereby contributing to excellent service and customer satisfaction. #### **Required Profile** * Technical-professional training in Culinary Arts (preferred); * Professional experience in similar roles; * Teamwork ability and sense of responsibility; * Organization, dynamism, and proactivity; * Strong communication skills and good interpersonal relationships; * Attention to detail and adherence to hygiene and safety regulations.
