This role will contribute to high\-value projects across all design stages while maintaining direct client relationships and coordinating with internal and external teams. **Key Responsibilities:****Design Delivery:** **Execute design projects across all stages:** concept design, design development, and detailed design Produce technical drawings and documentation to support project delivery Ensure design quality and compliance with project requirements and standards **Collaboration \& Coordination:** Coordinate with MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) teams to integrate building services into design solutions Work with budgeting teams to align design solutions with financial parameters Collaborate closely with construction teams to support on\-site delivery and resolve technical queries Liaise with suppliers and contractors to specify materials and finalize technical details Participate in design reviews and contribute to team knowledge sharing **Client Management:** Maintain direct client\-facing interactions throughout project lifecycle Present design concepts and technical solutions to clients Respond to client feedback and incorporate requirements into design development **Required Qualifications:** Degree in Architecture or Interior Design 3\-5 years of professional experience in design practice Proficiency in REVIT (essential) Experience across all design stages from concept through detailed design Strong technical drawing and documentation skills Proven ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including MEP consultants Excellent communication and client\-facing skills Fluency in Portuguese and Engish **Desirable Skills:** Experience in commercial/corporate interior projects Knowledge of construction processes and site monitoring Familiarity with Portuguese building regulations and standards If this job description resonates with you, we encourage you to apply even if you don’t meet all of the requirements below.
