Job Summary: Supervise and organize daily logistics operations, ensure compliance with safety and quality standards, and lead teams to optimize performance in industrial environments. Location: Castanheira do Ribatejo, PT, 2600\-675 Company: PERIcofragens Lda. **What you'll do on a typical day:** ------------------------------------ **Operational Management and Performance** * Organize and supervise daily activities related to supply, return, repair, assembly, and internal movements. * Ensure achievement of operational objectives in productivity, quality, service, and safety. * Plan and coordinate necessary resources to guarantee efficient and timely execution of operations. **Health and Safety (H\&S)** * Ensure compliance with PERI Group Health and Safety standards and applicable legislation. **Quality and Continuous Improvement** * Ensure consistent application of PERI operational standards, rental criteria, and work instructions. * Ensure availability, quality, and proper maintenance of rental materials. * Identify and implement opportunities for improvement in safety, quality, productivity, and operational efficiency. **Leadership and Team Development** * Lead, motivate, and develop supervisors and operational teams. * Organize and allocate resources and tasks appropriately according to operational needs. * Promote employee training, versatility, and professional development. **What your benefits will be:** ------------------------------- * Join one of the world’s leading companies in engineering and innovation. * Be part of a highly motivated and experienced team. * Invest in a future with a growth and personal development project guaranteed by the company. * Compensation and benefits above industry average. **What you'll need to be successful:** -------------------------------------- * Proven experience in logistics operations, warehouse management, or industrial environments. * Experience leading operational teams and coordinating resources. * Ability to plan and manage operations focused on achieving objectives in productivity, quality, service, and safety. * Knowledge of logistics processes and material management. * Familiarity with Health and Safety regulations applicable to industrial and logistics environments. * Experience monitoring performance indicators (KPIs) and implementing improvement actions. * Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills. * Knowledge of PERI products, systems, and operational rules will be an advantage. * Intermediate level of English will be an advantage.
