Job Summary: We are seeking a Manufacturing Supervisor (M/F/D) to manage the operator team and ensure adherence to departmental production planning and objectives. Key Highlights: 1. Ensuring compliance with GMPs in pharmaceutical manufacturing We are recruiting a Manufacturing Supervisor (M/F/D) to join the Manufacturing Department. This role is responsible for managing the manufacturing operator team in alignment with detailed production planning and sector objectives. **Key Functions/Responsibilities:** Ensure compliance with GMPs in the manufacturing of solid dosage forms; Interdepartmental cooperation in coordinating support activities for the manufacturing area; Preparation of supporting documentation (Manufacturing Instructions, Standard Operating Procedures, Specifications, etc); Review of documentation generated as a result of manufacturing processes; Participation in internal and external audits and inspections, and follow\-up on identified actions; Promote the implementation of continuous improvement projects. **Desired Profile:** Integrated Master's Degree in Pharmaceutical Sciences, Pharmaceutical Engineering, or equivalent (preferred); Previous experience in a production role, preferably in oral solid dosage forms (preferred); Experience in team management; Availability to work rotating shifts and rotating days off; Knowledge of SAP \- MM and WM (preferred); Proficiency in English (spoken and written); Strong sense of responsibility and organizational skills.
