Role: \- Management and control of customer service and post-sales support; \- Management and control of distribution; \- Management and control of the warehouse; \- Responsibility for transportation, distribution, and overall platform administration, including operational administration, land transportation and logistics segments of the platform; \- Ensuring implementation of respective procedures and required quality controls, along with related records; \- Participating in non-conformance analysis and proposing and implementing, where applicable, preventive and corrective actions; \- Coordinating and preventing losses; investigating causes of internal incidents; \- Conducting risk assessments across administration, transportation, supply chain/distribution, and general services; \- Analyzing security projects and implementing corrective measures; suggesting preventive and corrective actions; investigating causes of internal incidents; coordinating loss prevention; \- Coordinating personnel assigned to the platform; \- Supervising activities, workstations, locations, and platform-related operations. Requirements: \- Higher education degree in Management/Industry/Logistics; \- Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a manager or supervisor in equivalent areas; \- Focus on innovation and sustainability; \- Flexible working hours.
