Opportunity for professional development Position: Construction Site Logistics Manager Borges \& Correa Construções is strengthening its team and seeking a Construction Site Logistics Manager. We are looking for a dynamic, organized, and proactive individual who ensures logistical support for our construction sites and contributes to the smooth operation of field teams. Main Responsibilities: \- Procurement, collection, and delivery of construction materials across various sites; \- Planning and organizing delivery routes, ensuring efficiency and on-time delivery; \- Managing material logistics between suppliers, warehouse, and construction sites; \- Organizing and supporting construction sites; \- Assisting with site cleaning and removal of waste and debris, as required; \- Performing minor maintenance tasks and warranty works, such as silicone application, minor adjustments, and other simple repairs; \- Providing general support to teams whenever logistical workload permits. Required Profile: \- Valid driver's license (mandatory); \- Experience in civil construction (preferred); \- Strong organizational and priority management skills; \- Sense of responsibility, autonomy, and proactivity; \- Good physical condition for loading and unloading materials; \- Team spirit and willingness to perform diverse tasks.
