Artificial Intelligence and Data Science play an increasingly important role in improving business processes, customer experience, operational efficiency, and control mechanisms. In this position, you will transform complex data into actionable insights and support the industrialisation and automation of analytical models and operational processes. This is an excellent opportunity for a data\-driven professional who combines strong analytical expertise with knowledge of Alteryx, SQL, Python or R, data visualisation, and banking operations. #### **Key Responsibilities** * Collect data from multiple internal and external sources. * Clean, validate, transform, and process structured datasets. * Analyse data to identify trends, patterns, anomalies, and business opportunities. * Create reports, dashboards, and visualisations that communicate findings clearly. * Translate complex analyses into practical and actionable business insights. * Support strategic and operational decision\-making through data\-driven recommendations. * Use Alteryx for data preparation, blending, analysis, workflow automation, and process industrialisation. * Develop and maintain repeatable analytical workflows. * Contribute to the automation and optimisation of operational processes and controls. * Support initiatives involving Artificial Intelligence and Data Science. * Help industrialise analytical models and integrate them into business processes. * Monitor data quality and improve the reliability of reporting outputs. * Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and operational efficiency. * Collaborate with Payment and Cash Management Operations teams. * Present analytical conclusions to technical and non\-technical departments. * Document data sources, methodologies, business rules, workflows, and analytical results. #### **Mandatory Requirements** * Professional experience as a Data Analyst or in a similar analytical position. * Strong statistical and analytical skills. * Solid problem\-solving capabilities and a data\-driven mindset. * Practical experience with Alteryx for data preparation, blending, analysis, and automation. * Proficiency in at least one data\-analysis technology, such as SQL, Python, or R. * Strong Microsoft Excel knowledge. * Experience creating reports, dashboards, and data visualisations. * Knowledge of Tableau, Power BI, or an equivalent data\-visualisation tool. * Understanding of global banking operations and cash\-payment processes. * Ability to interpret complex datasets and identify relevant business insights. * Ability to communicate analytical conclusions clearly to different departments. * Expert\-level English. #### **Highly Valued Qualifications** * Experience in banking, financial services, payments, or Cash Management. * Knowledge of Payment and Cash Management Operations. * Experience automating processes and controls. * Knowledge of Artificial Intelligence or Data Science concepts. * Experience supporting the industrialisation of analytical models. * Practical experience combining Alteryx with SQL, Python, or R. * Knowledge of data\-quality controls and operational\-risk indicators. * Experience building dashboards for operational or executive stakeholders. * Understanding of customer\-experience and operational\-efficiency metrics. * Experience working with multidisciplinary and international teams. #### **The Ideal Candidate** The ideal candidate is a mid\-level Data Analyst with strong analytical capabilities and practical experience using Alteryx to prepare, combine, analyse, and automate data workflows.
