We are seeking Shift Managers to lead the Extrusion team, ensuring operational efficiency of production lines and team motivation. If you seek a company where you can grow and develop, this project is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** \- Organize shift work, managing human and material resources required to meet production plans; \- Support and supervise operators' work; \- Assembly and disassembly (reference changes) on extrusion machines; \- Ensure process control; \- Guarantee optimal equipment operating conditions, identifying issues amenable to correction; \- Report daily to your line manager on finished product availability and quality; \- Complete and organize all documentation required for your functional area, as well as ensure continuity from the previous shift. **Job Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent technical \- professional qualification; \- Minimum 2 years' experience in similar roles (preferred); \- Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a nationally rooted, rapidly expanding multinational company; \- Investment in professional development, with opportunity for rapid professional career advancement; \- Possibility of an international career; \- Remuneration commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance.
