Job Summary: We are seeking Shift Supervisors to lead the Extrusion team, ensuring production line operationality and team motivation within an internationally expanding company. Key Highlights: 1. With a presence on three continents, we export worldwide and are currently undergoing full international expansion. We seek Shift Supervisors to lead the Extrusion team, ensuring production line operationality and team motivation. If you are looking for a company where you can grow and develop, this project is for you! **Key Responsibilities:** \- Organize shift work, managing human and material resources required to meet production plans; \- Support and supervise operators' work; \- Machine setup and teardown (reference changes) on extrusion machines; \- Ensure process control; \- Guarantee optimal equipment operating conditions by identifying issues amenable to correction; \- Report daily to your direct supervisor on finished product availability and quality; \- Complete and organize all documentation required for your functional area, as well as ensure continuity from the previous shift. **Job Requirements:** \- Completed secondary education (12th grade) or equivalent Technical-Professional qualification; \- Minimum 2 years of experience in similar roles (preferred); \- Availability to work rotating shifts. **What We Offer:** \- Integration into a nationally originated, rapidly expanding multinational company; \- Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. *By applying to this job posting, you authorize Politejo to collect and process your personal data.
