Prepares or arranges issuance of bills for consumed items and processes payments. Manages storage and preservation of beverages intended for daily departmental consumption; maintains and stocks sideboards with necessary utensils. At the end of meal services, cleans and organizes the dining room, work utensils, and transports and stores exposed food and beverages intended for sale or service. Assists in inventory control tasks and execution of periodic inventories. Checks daily cellar stock levels and ensures replenishment as needed.
