Job Summary: We are seeking a Sub-Section Head for our Logistics team, responsible for supporting operational coordination, controlling activities, maintaining equipment, and supervising the team in a dynamic environment. Warehouse teams receive products from suppliers and sort orders destined for stores across the country. A process carried out quickly, securely, and using advanced technology. We have warehouses in Azambuja, Vila Nova da Rainha, Maia, Guia, and Madeira. **Know your key challenges:** **Operational Coordination Support:** You will collaborate with management to ensure the team’s operations run efficiently and effectively, supporting the implementation of senior directives. **Logistics Operations Control:** You will be responsible for monitoring frontline operators’ activities, ensuring all adhere to established standards and procedures. Your role is critical to maintaining quality and efficiency. **Equipment Maintenance and Continuous Improvement:** You will be responsible for safeguarding the equipment used by the team. Additionally, you will participate in daily Kaizen initiatives, focusing on continuous improvement of operational processes. **Team Monitoring and Motivation:** You will support employees during hands-on training, answering questions and motivating them to perform at their best.
