Ensure the organization and centralization of operational information Operations Director | Odivelas IMAN, a multinational HR management specialist, is recruiting an Operations Director to join a leading client company in Odivelas. Responsibilities Operational and Resource Management: Lead the technical assistance team, coordinating routes and priorities while ensuring optimization of all internal company resources; Financial and Commercial Control: Prepare accurate budgets for repairs/maintenance and strictly manage the technical department’s budget; Inventory and Information Management: Ensure the organization and centralization of all operational information, as well as control and optimization of spare parts inventory (in warehouse and vehicles); Information: Collect, process, and share strategic information useful to the organization through continuous contact with customers, partners, and suppliers; Triaging: Perform advanced fault triaging, acting as the first point of contact and managing customer expectations with maximum transparency. Requirements Professional Experience: Minimum of 5 years; Education: Degree in Engineering (Electromechanical, Mechanical, or Electrotechnical) or equivalent technical qualification; Integrated Vision: Ability to read electrical schematics and understand fundamental principles (or strong aptitude and motivation to learn them quickly on the job); Leadership Skills: Ability to lead people, manage emotions, motivate others, and resolve conflicts; Data Management: Analytical orientation to evaluate operational KPIs, ensure SLA compliance, and maintain structured information; Intermediate English proficiency (B1 or B2); Advanced proficiency in computer environments: Office 365 and various software applications; Valid Class B driving license.
