This role is ideal for candidates with solid industry experience who seek a position with greater impact and autonomy, working closely with the commercial leadership team. **RESPONSIBILITIES** Manage large-scale catering events (corporate and private) Develop strategic and customized commercial proposals Manage and expand the client portfolio Lead negotiations and ensure deal closure Coordinate internal teams (kitchen, logistics, operations) and external partners Ensure rigorous on-site event execution Identify growth opportunities (upselling and new markets) Contribute to commercial strategy and continuous process improvement **REQUIREMENTS** Commercial background and results orientation Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills Ability to manage multiple projects with rigor and attention to detail Knowledge of the events market (corporate and wedding) Fluency in English (other languages are an asset) Valid driver's license, personal vehicle, and willingness to travel **OFFERING** Strategic role in a growing catering company Autonomy and involvement in high-level projects Base salary + performance-based variable component Employment Type: Full-time Work Location: On-site
