Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Assistant - Inside Sales to support the sales team, conduct B2B prospecting, follow up on leads, and assist in preparing proposals, with a strong focus on customer service. ROLE: Support the sales team in customer follow-up and identifying new business opportunities. Prospect potential B2B clients to present the company's services. Track and record all lead-related information in the CRM. Assist in preparing commercial proposals and support various stages of the sales process. Ensure end-to-end commercial follow-up with customers throughout the entire process. Collaborate with different departments to deliver a high level of customer service. Provide administrative support related to commercial activities. REQUIREMENTS: Excellent communication skills and enthusiasm for interacting with customers. Organized, autonomous, proactive, and responsible profile. Goal-oriented with a strong desire to develop competencies. Ability to work effectively in a team. Good user-level computer skills. Administrative, commercial, or customer support experience is preferred. Fluency in Portuguese; knowledge of English and/or Spanish is an advantage.
