If you are passionate about what you do, join our team and help us spread smiles! **But what does a Section Manager do?** * Supervises and delegates tasks to store operators; * Manages and resolves customer complaints/suggestions; * Ensures their zone is properly organized according to established standards; * Provides feedback and supports the team; * Manages stock levels by anticipating demand to avoid product shortages; * Places orders for their respective zones; * Controls product quality upon arrival at the store; * Validates weekly shrinkage for their respective zones; * Controls and implements campaigns, promotional activities, top displays, island displays, in accordance with established guidelines; * Supports the learning of new employees and is responsible for training them within their zones; * Acts as substitute Store Manager, assuming shop coverage responsibilities when necessary. **Do you have what it takes to become a true Section Manager at hôma?
