We are looking for a metalworking coordinator (M/F). If you are motivated by team development and the implementation of best practices in metalworking, and wish to participate in an exciting and growing project, this is the right opportunity for you. **Main Responsibilities:** · Coordinate and supervise metalworking production teams; · Plan, assign, and monitor daily tasks, ensuring deadlines are met; · Ensure proper use of machines, tools, and equipment; · Support the definition of production processes and continuous optimization of operations; · Perform maintenance, improvement, and optimization tasks on machines, equipment, and infrastructure, contributing to increased operational reliability; · Identify problems, improvement opportunities, and intervention needs, proposing technical solutions that promote process innovation and efficiency. **Job Requirements:** · Secondary education (12th grade) and/or technical or vocational training in mechanics, electromechanics, or a related field; · Minimum 5 years of experience in industrial maintenance (preferably in a factory environment); · Knowledge of manufacturing processes, welding, assembly, and metalworking equipment; · Leadership, organizational, and decision-making abilities; · Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team. **What We Offer:** · Opportunity to join a rapidly expanding, nationally originated multinational company; · Compensation commensurate with experience and demonstrated performance. *By applying to this job posting, you authorize Politejo to collect and process your personal data.
