For more information, please visit HAVI.com. **We are hiring a** **Planner Procurement SVC** **for our office in Azambuja** **About the Role** We are strengthening our Supply Chain team with a focused, organized, and problem-solving oriented professional responsible for ensuring effective planning of goods flow, delivering excellent customer service, and maintaining strong coordination among suppliers, carriers, and warehouses. **Responsibilities** * Calculate and organize inbound goods flow across our two distribution centers in Portugal, ensuring appropriate stock levels, alignment with sales forecasts, product shelf life, route optimization, backhaulage, and supplier capacity. * Monitor and report volume forecasts, storage requirements, and unloading capacity at the DC. * Coordinate daily with suppliers and carriers to ensure execution of logistical planning. * Manage item replacements with customers, suppliers, and warehouses. * Proactively identify critical situations and propose preventive actions to avoid stockouts or supply failures. * Propose and implement rapid, flexible solutions for any supply-related incidents. * Resolve incidents by engaging and aligning all relevant stakeholders. * Manage supplier complaints, as well as credits and billing processes. * Ensure a high service level and effectively manage customer expectations. * Handle telephone inquiries and email support. * Act as the liaison between external customers and internal departments. **Candidate Profile** * Prior experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Planning, or similar roles. * Analytical ability and process orientation. * Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills. * Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. * Organization, proactivity, and attention to detail. * English language proficiency (mandatory) and Spanish (preferred). * Proficiency in IT tools (Excel, ERP, forecasting tools, etc.). * Ability to work in a dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders. **What We Offer** * Integration into a dynamic and collaborative team * Professional development opportunities within a growing company * A stable working environment focused on continuous improvement * Competitive salary package aligned with demonstrated experience * Meal allowance via card * Life and Health Insurance (extendable to family members under favorable conditions) * Telus Health Program (psychological counseling and support, legal and tax advisory services, social assistance consulting) * Curative medical consultations and health & wellness plan * Complimentary hot/cold beverages and fresh fruit * Hybrid work model
