We are looking for Outbound Sales Assistants for remote outbound sales campaigns. Your Responsibilities: - Generate new business opportunities by directly contacting and converting cold leads. Requirements: - Completion of secondary education (12th grade); - Experience in contact centers (preferred); - Basic user-level computer literacy; - Personal computer and headset (mandatory); - Flexible availability—we offer various part-time and full-time schedules; - Availability to work from 10:00 to 19:00 during the first 10 days of training. What We Offer: - Training allowance: €5.31/hour + €4.52 meal subsidy; - Base salary: €920 base | 40 hours/week €805 base | 35 hours/week €690 base | 30 hours/week - Meal subsidy: €6.83; - Pro-rated holiday and Christmas subsidies.
