Transportation provided using the company's vehicle **CSFM** is a leading company in corporate and student accommodation in Lisbon and Porto, with approximately 700 housing units nationwide. And now… we are looking for another team member: someone straightforward, communicative, and with a sense of humor. **We are looking for someone who:** * Has ideas and motivation—but no prior experience in the field is required. * Can identify, negotiate, and manage partnerships—and monitor market trends and developments. * Respects deadlines (we dislike last-minute rushes). * Can effectively prioritize tasks. * Has patience and composure when handling complaints. * Is a team player but also thinks independently. * Knows how to use Excel—mandatory: basic/intermediate level. * Speaks English adequately. * Spanish language skills are a plus. * Holds a valid driver’s license—mandatory. * Writes Portuguese (European variant) correctly. * Cannot tolerate monotonous and repetitive work. **Day-to-day responsibilities:** * Creating listings across multiple platforms. * Visiting properties. * Managing complaints. * Scheduling check-ins and check-outs. * Handling phone calls. * Responding to written messages (email and WhatsApp). * Selling rooms. **What we offer:** * On-site work in Sacavém. * Working hours: \- **Option 1**: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 13:00–22:00, including a 1-hour meal break. Days off: Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. \- **Option 2**: Saturdays and Sundays, 10:00–22:00, with respective meal breaks; remaining hours scheduled during the week (Monday to Friday), to be agreed upon with the candidate. * Transportation provided using the company's vehicle. * Salary commensurate with experience. * A young, collaborative, and challenging work environment.
